Holiday Events Guide

The holiday’s are such a wonderful time of year and there are tons of things to do and see downtown.  This December, explore all that Denver has to offer from Grand Light Shows to Parades.  There is something going on almost every day.  One of my favorite annual traditions is going to the Nutcracker with my mom.  This year we splurged for great tickets to see the Colorado Ballet perform at the Elle Caulkins Theater.  If ballet isn’t your thing, try a photo tour from Click!, a Wine Tour, or Ice Skating at Southwest Rink at Skyline Park.   For a full guide of activities, click here

The Holiday’s Are Here

It’s hard to believe that Thursday is Thanksgiving. I love holiday spirit and the beautiful decorations that come out this time of year. The Riverfront Park neighborhood has been draped in garlands, bows and lights and it’s truly beautiful around here. If you are looking to buy, take a stroll around the neighborhood.  The energy and optimism for next year is abundant. There are some great properties at fabulous prices, now is a GREAT time to buy.

Union Station Update

The Union Station Redevelopment hit another milestone last week. The roof of the bus terminal started construction! You can now see vertical concrete pillars in the middle of the terminal and a roof starting to take shape. The beautiful weather over the past few months has really helped keep construction going full speed ahead. The light rail station and 16th Street Free Mall Shuttle drop off station are taking shape as well. I encourage you to go take a look from the top of the Millennium Bridge. It’s changing every day!
