According to an article on MSN, a new factor for many people buying homes is amenities for their four-legged friends. Buyers are now looking beyond having a nice yard for their dogs and wanting things like pet-friendly landscaping, luxurious dog houses, dog parks and doggie day care centers. Having these amenities could help sellers get higher prices for their homes and sell quicker than areas without. Riverfront Park has always been an incredibly pet friendly neighborhood with Commons Park across the street. With the new Railyard Dog Park opening in September, the amenities for our four-legged friends can’t be beat!
