B-Cycle goes into Hibernation

As of Sunday, December 5th, the B-Cycle Bike Sharing Program will go into hibernation for the winter.  The inaugural year of B-Cycle has been a huge success.  The program opened last spring on Earth Day with 29 stations around the Denver area.  Over the summer and fall the popularity of the program grew along with the number of stations.  Denver B-Cycle now has 50 stations and more to come in the spring!  I believe the Riverfront B-Cycle Station has been a great addition to the neighborhood with all great parks and trails just steps from The Plaza.  It will be sad not to see the cute red bikes out all over the city but don’t worry they will be back out on March 1st.
